There are a number of ways we can work with you and your delegates;
- We can utilise your CRM software and have experience with an array of programs or we can use our own CRM program.
- We will ‘hold their hand’ – Delegates will have a dedicated phone line, during office hours, to call if they have any queries or questions and they will also have an events email address for further assistance. We have experience dealing with delegates worldwide and can guide them through the VISA application process requirements, where applicable.
As we specialise in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry we understand the compliance code that comes with managing HCPs for events; Economy travel, no extension of stay after the event, hotel star rating constraints….we keep up to date with the changing code .
Elementary Events understand the practical implications of the code and will ensure your company is acting within the code of not only the country you operate from but also the country you will be delivering the event in! We will also work with you to deliver the Disclosure Transfer of Value report for the ABPI yearly report.
Our commitment to your event and delegates does not stop once the delegate is registered and has all of their information, we can keep them fully engaged leading up the event with snippets of what to expect, at the event.
We can be on-site to welcome the delegates, check them in and be on hand to deal with any last-minute changes. After running successful events worldwide for many years, there are always last-minute issues or changes and delegates always appreciate a ‘friendly face’ they feel they know from emails and phone calls leading up to the event.
