Onsite Support and Delivery
The welcome your delegates get when they arrive sets the scene for your event; don’t fall at the last hurdle and neglect this important aspect! You may have all the logistics booked and everything organised by an in house team, but need additional support ‘on the ground’ during the event.
Elementary Events has vast experience of event delivery worldwide. Our onsite support can be utilised in a number of different ways:
- Full event delivery on site – We will travel to the location in advance to manage the overall set-up to include other third parties if required, so you can focus on last-minute amends to content and approvals (yes we know how tight approval of slides and other last-minute amends can be….and how stressful!) We will then be ready to welcome your delegates accordingly.
- Welcome and on-site support – have all the event set up in hand, but need some friendly faces to welcome your guests? We understand you can’t be in more than one place at a time and sometimes event set-up is continuing when the delegates are arriving. What’s an event without a last-minute glitch, right? The last thing you need is to be frantically setting up whilst also trying to manage delegate arrivals! We can take the stress away. We will arrive to set up and familiarise ourselves with the check-in and registration requirements, resource your welcome desk and ensure your delegates arrive to a warm and relaxed welcome – fully informed about the event and the agenda timelines.
When we are onsite we are there to support you! If you need us to go and find materials, which have been signed for and delivered to ‘Bob’ but no one in the building knows who that is, we will track it down for you! If your delegate has a request you would like to fulfil but haven’t got time, we will do this for you!
